What we collect

Browsing this site collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies.

We only receive information when you choose to message us on WhatsApp. In the course of an order that is typically your name, delivery address, phone number and whatever you send us about the order — including payment screenshots, if you share one.

Why we hold it

Solely to fulfil your order: to confirm what you want, deliver it to the right address, and answer questions about it afterwards.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. The only third parties who see your address are the delivery services carrying your parcel.

Where it is stored

Order details are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and in our WhatsApp conversation with you. Photographs of our products are stored with the same provider. The site itself is served by Netlify.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, which we do not control.

Payments

We never see or store your card or banking credentials. Payment happens in your own UPI or banking app. If you send us a payment screenshot we keep it only as a record of the transaction.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while they may still be needed — for returns, exchanges, repeat orders or our own accounts. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Asking us to delete your details

Message us on WhatsApp and ask. We will remove your order records and confirm once it is done. You do not have to give a reason.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
